“Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC, Novi Sad, was established on February 14, 2003, in Novi Sad, as a limited liability company providing services in occupational safety and health, environmental protection, fire protection, technical inspections of facilities, and expert supervision.

The purpose of “Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC, Novi Sad, is to consistently provide services that meet client requirements and applicable laws and regulations.

The management of “Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC, Novi Sad, expresses the organization’s purpose and strategic direction through its Mission, Vision, and Policy.

“Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC, headquartered in Novi Sad, with business units in Zrenjanin, Šabac, and Sremska Mitrovica, and representative offices in Subotica, Pančevo, and Valjevo, enables the provision of services to a large number of clients throughout Serbia.

The organization of activities within the scope of “Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC, Novi Sad, is carried out within:

TECHNICAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT – for performing professional tasks within the registered activity in the fields of occupational safety and health, environmental protection, fire protection, and planning and construction.

LABORATORY – a special organizational unit within InstituteBPI, independent of other organizational units to ensure complete neutrality and impartiality during the performance of required tests within the scope of the Testing Laboratory’s accreditation.

CONTROL BODY – a special organizational unit within InstituteBPI, independent of other organizational units to ensure complete neutrality and impartiality during the performance of required inspections within the scope of the Control Body’s accreditation.

LEGAL, GENERAL, AND COMMERCIAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT – for performing legal, commercial, professional, administrative, and supporting tasks.

FINANCIAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT – for performing financial, accounting, and related tasks;

MISSION

The mission of “Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC, Novi Sad, is the reliable and high-quality provision of services in the fields of occupational safety and health, environmental protection, fire protection, laboratory testing, inspection, design, engineering, supervision, legalization and technical inspection of facilities, and training of workers in the aforementioned areas, in accordance with the requirements of clients, interested parties, employees, and relevant laws and regulations, while taking into account the health and safety of employees and environmental preservation.

VISION

The vision of “Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC, Novi Sad, is to achieve a leading position in the reliable and high-quality provision of services in the fields of occupational safety and health, environmental protection, fire protection, laboratory testing, inspection, design, engineering, supervision, legalization and technical inspection of facilities, and training of workers in the aforementioned areas, while satisfying the requirements of clients, interested parties, employees, and relevant laws and regulations, and taking into account the health and safety of employees and environmental preservation.

IMS POLICY

The IMS Policy provides a framework for “Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC for the continuous maintenance and improvement of business effectiveness and efficiency, with the aim of achieving superior service quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety.

The IMS Policy is based on establishing, implementing, and maintaining a market-oriented business system with the aim of fully satisfying the requirements and expectations of customers, clients, and other interested parties.

The IMS Policy has been accepted by the Management and is binding for all employees in the company.

The Management regularly reviews the Policy, as well as other documentation of the integrated management system.

“Institute for Safety and Preventive Engineering” LLC carries out its activities according to the highest standards through:

  • Continuous monitoring and application of the latest technological achievements and experiences to ensure the quality of services that fully meet the requirements, needs, and expectations of clients,
  • consistent application and continuous improvement of the integrated management system, in accordance with legal regulations and the requirements of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, and other standards relevant to business operations,
  • increasing business efficiency and effectiveness, thereby creating conditions for sustained successful business and healthier and safer working conditions,
  • application of the integrated management system in all business functions and in cooperation with all interested parties,
  • the responsibility of all employees for the application of prescribed documentation and the functioning of the integrated management system in terms of achieving the required service quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety,
  • management measures for business improvement: regular system reviews, conducting internal and external audits, and implementing corrective and preventive measures as needed,
  • regular training of employees for performing work activities, environmental protection activities, and occupational health and safety activities,
  • full commitment to environmental management, occupational health and safety management, and minimization of waste generation of any kind in accordance with applicable legal regulations regarding environmental protection and occupational safety,
